St. Nicholas would like to welcome our vendors to another craft/ flea market. As was the case last year, we have additional Town of Colonie regulations to follow. We apologize but due to Town regulations these changes are mandated and we all must comply. We ask for your understanding and cooperation. Please note that Town of Colonie Police will be present to help ensure a safe environment for everyone. By submitting payment for a space(s) you agree to the following:

VENDOR PARKING:Vendors may park in their assigned space(s) or in designated areas only. Due to safety and fire lane requirements vendors may be towed if they park elsewhere. Vendor parking in the area behind the concession stand to the right (south) of the gravestones is prohibited. Parking next to the small chapel is also prohibited. A Police presence will ensure parking requirements are followed. |
Vendors agree to remove all trash and belongings from their area and take it out with them when they leave. They also agree not to transfer their trash from their area to other areas or to the trash containers that are for public use. Failure to comply may result in exclusion from future flea markets. Vendors who leave displays or other property behind may be charged a $250 per day fee. |
* No refunds for any reason. All vendors participate at their own risk and expense, and agree, by their participation, to hold St. Nicholas, its parishioners, officers, volunteers and/or employees blameless for any financial loss and/or legal liability. The vendor limit is set at a maximum of 225 vendors (not spaces). This was done to help limit overcrowding and increase safety. There is no guarantee that any spots will be available if a vendor fails to pre-register. In the event a vendor fails to pre-register and no spots remain, they will not be allowed entrance. All pre-registration is done on a first come first serve basis. Pre-registration is not guaranteed and may be rejected by St. Nicholas at its sole discretion. In such an event any funds will be returned. Vendors who refuse to follow instructions or fail to observe good decorum may be ejected from the flea market at the discretion of St. Nicholas. Colonie Police will be on hand to ensure the safety and security for all participants.
